Administrative Support

Location: Elgin, IL

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical support to the Administrative team, including customer contact, invoice preparation, reporting & shipping coordination
  • Provide customer service support while answering inbound calls
  • Perform data entry/input of required material
  • Complete general office duties such as filing & mail
  • Perform quality inspection of all completed processes
  • Generate estimates of repair as well as part sales for customer base
  • Perform customer service follow-up calls

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior customer interaction experience
  • Working knowledge & efficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Must possess good organizational & decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal & written skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • General knowledge of computer hardware & products
  • Typing skills required (30 wpm)

If you have skills that do not meet the requirements of this job, you may also qualify for a position in another area of our company. These positions currently are as follows:

  • Controlling and monitoring the quality of repaired products
  • Shipping and receiving equipment/parts
  • Assisting with inventory control
  • Repairing commercial Security Products
  • Repairing Copier or Fax PC boards and other components

Your resume must indicate the specific skills and work experience you have in administration/office support. Applicants must be very dependable and have an excellent attendance history. Drug tests and criminal background checks will be performed. Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, show aptitude for learning as new processes are introduced, and have a strong desire for career stability. We are not a sales organization!
